INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cup chopped java apples
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup water
METHOD
- In a pan add java apples, sugar and water.
- Cook on medium flame for 7-8 minutes until the fruit turns soft.
- Once done, cool it down and blend into a paste along with lemon juice.
- Store in an airtight container or a jar and refrigerate.
