INGREDIENTS
- 1 Whole Kand (Purple Yam)
- Oil for frying
- ¼ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp chaat masala
- ¼ tsp amchur powder
- ¼ tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
For the masalas
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together all the masalas.
- Heat some oil for frying in a pan.
- Peel and slice kand with the help of a slicer.
- Heat oil and fry until turn golden brown.
- Once done, sprinkle the masala on the fried chips immediately.
- Store them in an airtight container and they last very long.
- Serve with a dip.
