½ Cup

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup passion fruit pulp
    • ½ tbsp lemon juice (optional)
    • ¼ cup sugar

METHOD

    1. In a pan add in passionfruit pulp and sugar.
    2. Keep stirring and cook for 4-5 minutes until sugar melts and passionfruit pulp thickens up.
    3. Remove from heat and let the jam cool down.
    4. 4. Once cooled mix in lemon juice if you want and store in an airtight container jar and refrigerate.

    To serve -

    1. Serve with bread, toast, butter or scones.
