INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup passion fruit pulp
- ½ tbsp lemon juice (optional)
- ¼ cup sugar
METHOD
- In a pan add in passionfruit pulp and sugar.
- Keep stirring and cook for 4-5 minutes until sugar melts and passionfruit pulp thickens up.
- Remove from heat and let the jam cool down.
- 4. Once cooled mix in lemon juice if you want and store in an airtight container jar and refrigerate.
- Serve with bread, toast, butter or scones.
