Homemade Plum Jam | Fresh Plum Jam | Easy Plum Preserve | Plum Jam Recipe
Homemade plum jam is prepared by slowly cooking ripe plums with sugar until thick and spreadable. The natural sweetness and slight tartness of the fruit create a balanced flavour without the need for complicated ingredients. Stirring regularly while cooking helps prevent sticking and gives the jam a smooth consistency. Once cooled, store it in clean sterilised jars and enjoy it with toast, parathas, pancakes, or desserts.
