INGREDIENTS

    • 1/2 Cup Whole Ragi
    • 1 1/2 cups water

METHOD

    1. Wash and Soak the ragi for 2 hours in 1 ½ cup water.
    2. Once soaked, blend this until smooth.
    3. With a muslin cloth, strain the milk properly.
    4. Squeeze out all the milk.
    5. Store and use at your convenience.

Strain the ragi mixture after blending for a smoother texture and a more refined homemade millet milk.
