INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Maida
- 2 tbsp spinach puree
- 2 tsp oil
- Salt
METHOD
- In a plate mix together all the ingredients with water to make a soft dough.
- Once done, roll out big flat semi thick round sheet.
- Later, pass this through a pasta maker to flatten it.
- Pass through the pasta maker to cut it into your choice of shape.
- To use, blanch the pasta immediately in hot water with oil & salt. Once done, strain and use them.
