Jowar Millet Cookies | Jowar Cookies | Millet Cookies | Homemade Jowar Biscuits
Jowar millet cookies are homemade biscuits prepared using jowar flour along with simple baking ingredients. Jowar gives the cookies a mild earthy flavour and a slightly crumbly texture. Since millet flour behaves differently from wheat flour, the dough should be handled gently and not overworked. White chocolate add an oomph factor to the cookies and makes them gooey and Delicious. Bake until lightly golden and allow them to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
