INGREDIENTS

    • 8 to 10 Marie Biscuits
    • 6 Mangoes Sliced
    • 4 tbsp Mango Puree
    • 2 Cups Whipped Cream

    To garnish

    • ¼ Cup Chopped Mangoes
    • Mango Puree

METHOD

    1. Take a 6-inch cake tin or a glass bowl and layer with Marie biscuits evenly.
    2. Stick some sliced mangoes to all sides around the tin.
    3. Add 1 Cup Whipped cream on the biscuit layer and spread evenly.
    4. Top up with sliced mangoes and mango puree.
    5. Again, layer the biscuits, followed by whipped cream and spread evenly.
    6. Finish by garnishing with chopped mangoes and mango puree.
    7. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve cold.

Chef's Note from Renu Dalal:

Chill the pudding for several hours before serving to allow the layers to set properly.
