INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup moong flour
    • 2 tbsp wheat flour (atta)
    • 2 tsp active dry yeast
    • 3 tbsp lukewarm water
    • ½ cup lukewarm water
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tbsp oil

METHOD

    For the yeast

    1. Put the yeast in 3 tbsp warm water
    2. Cover for 15 minutes.

    How to proceed

    1. Mix in moong Flour, atta , with yeast mixture, salt to taste, oil and ½ cup of lukewarm
    2. Cover your hands with maida and knead for 3 to 4 minutes.
    3. Cover the dough with wet cloth for 1 hour.
    4. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
    5. Roll the dough into a pizza base round with a help of a little flour.
    6. With a fork make markings on the base.
    7. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
    8. Bake for 7 minutes, remove, add the pizza topping, and bake for another 7 minutes till well done.
