INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 3 tsp Chia Seeds
- ½ Cup chopped mango
- 2 tbsp mango puree
- 2 tbsp Chopped Pistachios

METHOD
- Soak chia seeds in coconut milk for 30-45 minutes.
- Let it bloom.
- In a short glass, add in some mango puree.
- Layer the coconut chia seeds mixture.
- Top up with chopped mangoes and pistachios. Repeat the layers again.
- Finally garnish with some more mango puree and pistachios.
- Refrigerate and serve cold.
