INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup crumbled paneer
    • 1/2 tbsp besan
    • 1 tbsp beaten curd
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
    • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
    • ¼ cup water
    • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1/4 tsp garam masala
    • 1/2 tsp jeera
    • 1/2 tsp garlic ginger paste
    • 1/2 tsp Kasturi methi
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • Salt to taste

METHOD

    1. In a pan melt butter and saute jeera, garlc ginger paste.
    2. Add in onions, tomatoes and salt to taste. Cook for a minute.
    3. Add in besan, beaten curd, water, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, kasturi methi and mix well.
    4. Keep stirring and cook for 2 minutes.
    5. Top up with crumbled paneer and cook for a minute.
    6. Finish by adding coriander and serve hot.
