INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup crumbled paneer
- 1/2 tbsp besan
- 1 tbsp beaten curd
- 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- ¼ cup water
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 1/2 tsp garlic ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp Kasturi methi
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- In a pan melt butter and saute jeera, garlc ginger paste.
- Add in onions, tomatoes and salt to taste. Cook for a minute.
- Add in besan, beaten curd, water, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, kasturi methi and mix well.
- Keep stirring and cook for 2 minutes.
- Top up with crumbled paneer and cook for a minute.
- Finish by adding coriander and serve hot.
