INGREDIENTS

    • 2 Cups Basil leaves
    • ¼ cup pine nuts or walnuts
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 2 tbsp water
    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tsp parmesan cheese
    • Salt to taste

METHOD

    1. Add in all the ingredients in a blender jar
    2. Blend into a smooth paste.
    3. Use for whichever dish you are making with it.
