Quinoa Naan | Quinoa Flour Naan | Homemade Quinoa Naan | Healthy Naan Recipe
Quinoa naan is a homemade variation of the traditional naan made using quinoa flour along with ingredients that help create a soft and workable dough. Quinoa flour gives the naan a mild nutty flavour and a slightly different texture from regular naan. Since quinoa flour has less elasticity than wheat flour, getting the dough consistency right is important for easy shaping. Allowing the dough to rest before rolling helps make it easier to handle. Cook the naan on a hot tawa or suitable cooking surface until lightly browned and serve warm with dal, vegetables, paneer, or a simple curry.
