INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup chopped raspberries
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup sugar
METHOD
- In a pan add in chopped raspberries and sugar.
- Keep stirring and cook for 4-5 minutes until sugar melts and raspberries turn soft.
- With a masher mash the raspberries and mix well.
- Remove from heat and let the jam cool down.
- Once cooled mix in lemon juice and store in an air tight container jar.
