INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup chopped raspberries
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • ¼ cup sugar

METHOD

    1. In a pan add in chopped raspberries and sugar.
    2. Keep stirring and cook for 4-5 minutes until sugar melts and raspberries turn soft.
    3. With a masher mash the raspberries and mix well.
    4. Remove from heat and let the jam cool down.
    5. Once cooled mix in lemon juice and store in an air tight container jar.
