Rice Bhajiya | Crispy Rice Pakora | Leftover Rice Bhajiya | Rice Fritters
Rice bhajiya is a crispy snack made by combining cooked rice with gram flour, spices, and herbs before shaping and frying until golden. It is a great way to use leftover rice while creating a light and crunchy tea-time snack. Mixing the ingredients well helps the bhajiyas hold their shape, and frying on medium heat ensures even cooking. Serve them hot with green chutney or ketchup for a simple and satisfying snack.
