INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup sabudana pearls (soaked)
- ½ cup chopped boiled potatoes (peeled )
- 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp ginger green chilli paste
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- Oil to make the chillas

METHOD
- Soak the sabudana in just enough water for 4 hours. Remove the water later How to proceed
- In a blender jar add in all the ingredients.
- Blend well to make a smooth batter.
- Transfer to a bowl, mix in onions and coriander. Mix it well.
- Heat a pan and make small chillas with oil.
- Roast on both sides nicely and serve hot.
