INGREDIENTS

    • 1/4 cup sabudana pearls (soaked)
    • ½ cup chopped boiled potatoes (peeled )
    • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
    • ½ cup water
    • ½ tsp cumin seeds
    • 1/2 tsp ginger green chilli paste
    • ½ tsp lemon juice
    • ½ tsp sugar
    • Salt to taste

    To add later

    • 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
    • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
    • Oil to make the chillas

METHOD

    For the sabudana

    1. Soak the sabudana in just enough water for 4 hours. Remove the water later How to proceed
    2. In a blender jar add in all the ingredients.
    3. Blend well to make a smooth batter.
    4. Transfer to a bowl, mix in onions and coriander. Mix it well.
    5. Heat a pan and make small chillas with oil.
    6. Roast on both sides nicely and serve hot.

Soak the sabudana well before blending to achieve a smooth batter and soft, evenly cooked chillas.
