INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup sago (sabudana) soaked
- 1/4 cup peanuts, roasted and crushed
- 1 potato (boiled and peeled)
- 1/2 tsp jeera powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger green chilli paste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying

METHOD
- In a plate mix together soaked sabudana, boiled potato, peanuts, jeera powder, ginger green chilli paste, lemon juice, sugar and salt to taste.
- Mix everything well to form a dough.
- Divide into equal pieces and shape them as fries.
- Heat oil for frying and fry until golden brown and crispy. You can even air fry these until crispy.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
