Steamed Muthiyas | Gujarati Muthiya | Healthy Steamed Snack | Muthiya Recipe

Steamed muthiyas are a traditional Gujarati snack made with flour, vegetables, and simple spices, shaped into rolls and steamed until cooked. Once cooled, they are sliced and lightly tempered with mustard seeds and sesame seeds for added flavour and texture. Steaming keeps the muthiyas soft, while the tempering gives them a light crunch and aroma. They make a wholesome breakfast, snack, or light meal and are best served with green chutney or a cup of tea.
