INGREDIENTS

    • ¼ cups boiled sweet corn
    • ½ cup boiled corn puree
    • 1 tbsp finely chopped green capsicum
    • 1 tbsp finely chopped boiled carrot
    • 1 tbsp finely chopped boiled cauliflower
    • 1 tbsp finely chopped french beans boiled
    • 1 tbsp finely chopped red capsicum
    • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
    • ½ tbsp cornflour
    • ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli paste
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 ½ cups water
    • 1 tbsp butter

METHOD

    1. In a pan melt some butter and sauté ginger garlic paste.
    2. Add in green capsicum, red capsicum, carrot, cauliflower, french beans, boiled corn and salt, pepper to taste.
    3. Mix in Kashmiri red chilli paste, parsley and corn puree.
    4. Mix together water and cornflour. Add this to the pan and let it come to a boil.
    5. Serve hot.
