INGREDIENTS

    • 2 Raw Sweet Potatoes
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste
    • Chaat masala to taste

    For frying

    • Oil

METHOD

    1. Heat some oil for frying in a pan.
    2. Peel with a knife, Slice the sweet potatoes with the help of a slicer.
    3. Fry these in hot oil until crispy.
    4. You can even bake them for 4-5 minutes at 180C.
    5. Remove the excess oil on absorbent paper.
    6. Once done, sprinkle the spices on top.
    7. Store them in an airtight container and they last very long.
    8. Serve with a curd dip.
