INGREDIENTS
- 2 Raw Sweet Potatoes
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chaat masala to taste
- Oil
For frying
METHOD
- Heat some oil for frying in a pan.
- Peel with a knife, Slice the sweet potatoes with the help of a slicer.
- Fry these in hot oil until crispy.
- You can even bake them for 4-5 minutes at 180C.
- Remove the excess oil on absorbent paper.
- Once done, sprinkle the spices on top.
- Store them in an airtight container and they last very long.
- Serve with a curd dip.
