Sweet Potato Pattice | Sweet Potato Cutlet | Sweet Potato Snack | Vegetable Patties
Sweet potato pattice is a soft and flavourful snack made with boiled sweet potatoes, herbs, and simple spices shaped into patties and cooked until lightly crisp. The natural sweetness of the sweet potato blends well with mild seasonings, creating a balanced flavour. Chilling the mixture before shaping helps the patties hold their shape while cooking. They can be shallow fried, pan-cooked, or baked and are best served hot with green chutney or ketchup.
