INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups Boiled Rice (Cold)
- 1/2 cup chopped boiled carrots
- 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup boiled corn
- 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup finely chopped French beans
- 3 tbsp Thecha chutney
- 2 tbsp spring onion greens
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- In a pan, heat oil and sauté jeera.
- Add in onions, tomatoes and salt to taste.
- Add in capsicums, carrots, French beans, corn. Cover with a lid and let it cook.
- Mix in thecha chutney and water. Cook for a minute.
- Toss in boiled rice and mix well. Cook for a minute.
- Finish by adding spring onion greens and serve hot.
