INGREDIENTS

    • 2 Cups Boiled Rice (Cold)
    • 1/2 cup chopped boiled carrots
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
    • 1/2 cup boiled corn
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped French beans
    • 3 tbsp Thecha chutney
    • 2 tbsp spring onion greens
    • 2 tbsp water
    • 1/2 tsp jeera
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • Salt to taste

METHOD

    1. In a pan, heat oil and sauté jeera.
    2. Add in onions, tomatoes and salt to taste.
    3. Add in capsicums, carrots, French beans, corn. Cover with a lid and let it cook.
    4. Mix in thecha chutney and water. Cook for a minute.
    5. Toss in boiled rice and mix well. Cook for a minute.
    6. Finish by adding spring onion greens and serve hot.
