Thecha Paneer Sandwich | Spicy Paneer Sandwich | Paneer Thecha Toast | Indian Paneer Sandwich

Thecha paneer sandwich is a spicy and flavourful sandwich made with paneer and traditional thecha layered between slices of bread and toasted until crisp. The mild taste of paneer balances the heat of the thecha, while toasted bread adds a crunchy texture. The quantity of thecha can be adjusted depending on how spicy you prefer the sandwich. Spread the filling evenly so every bite has a good balance of paneer and spice, then toast until golden. Serve hot with chutney, ketchup, or a simple salad for a quick snack or light meal.
