Twisted Aloo Paratha | Stuffed Potato Paratha | Crispy Aloo Paratha | Indian Breakfast Recipe
Twisted aloo paratha is a fun variation of the classic stuffed paratha, made with a spiced potato filling and shaped into a twisted pattern before cooking. The unique shape creates crisp layers while keeping the filling soft and flavourful inside. Rolling the dough evenly and sealing the filling properly helps the paratha cook without breaking. Cook it on a hot tawa with a little ghee or oil until both sides are golden and crisp. Serve hot with curd, pickle, or butter for a satisfying breakfast or meal.
