INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup hung curd
    • 1 1/2 cups grated cucumber
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped dil leaves
    • 1 tsp garlic paste
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • Salt Pepper to taste

METHOD

    Squeeze out excess water from the grated cucumbers.

    1. In a bowl mix together hung curd, cucumber, dil leaves, garlic paste, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
    2. Refrigerate and serve chilled.

    To serve

    1. Mix well and serve with some chips and crackers.
