INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup chopped Methi
- 1 tsp ginger chillli paste
- 3/4 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- ¼ tsp hing
- ½ tsp ugar
- ¼ cup water
- Salt to taste
- 2 Cups Valor Papdi (split)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 cup Water
- ¼ tsp Hing
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp ginger garlic green chilli paste
- Salt to taste

METHOD
- In a pan heat oil and sauté jeera, hing, ginger garlic green chilli paste.
- Toss in the valor papdi, salt and water.
- Mix well, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Toss in the raw muthiyas and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- In a pan heat oil and sauté jeera, hing, ginger garlic green chilli paste.
- Toss in the valor papdi, salt and water.
- Mix well, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Toss in the prepared muthiyas and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
