Veggies in Paprika Sauce | Vegetable Paprika Sauce | Mixed Vegetables in Paprika Gravy | Paprika Vegetable Recipe

Veggies in paprika sauce is a simple and flavourful preparation made with mixed vegetables cooked in a creamy, mildly spiced paprika sauce. The paprika adds a warm colour and a gentle smoky flavour, while the vegetables bring different textures to the dish. Vegetables like bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, and baby corn work well in this recipe. Cooking the vegetables until just tender helps retain their bite and prevents them from becoming mushy. The sauce can be adjusted to your preferred consistency and served hot with rice, pasta, or toasted bread for an easy meal.
