INGREDIENTS

    • 2 boiled potatoes (peeled and mashed)
    • 1/4 cup chopped onions
    • 1/4 tsp jeera
    • 1 tsp garlic green chilli paste
    • 1/4 tsp garam masala
    • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
    • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1/4 tsp aamchur
    • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
    • 1 tbsp cornflour
    • 1/2 tbsp oil
    • Salt to taste

METHOD

    1. In a pan heat oil and sauté jeera, garlic green chilli paste.
    2. Add in chopped onions and salt to taste.
    3. Mix in garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, aamchur, chaat masala and mix well.
    4. Add in mashed potato, chopped coriander . Mix well and cook for a minute.
    5. Remove from the gas , let it cool and add the cornflour, mix well.
    6. Roll into pattice
    7. Heat a pan with oil and cook the pattices until nicely roasted on both the sides.
    8. Serve hot.
