Chawli Ki Sabzi

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cup chopped Chawli (Long beans / green beans)
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup chopped tomato
- ½ tsp grated garlic
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp oil
- Pinch Hing
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- In a pan heat oil and sauté hing, jeera and grated garlic.
- Mix in chopped onions, tomatoes and salt to taste.
- Add in green beans, cover and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Once done, mix in coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala.
- Mix well and finish by adding coriander and desiccated coconut.
- Serve hot.
