INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tortilla rotis
- 2 Corn pattice
- ¼ cup grated cheese
- ¼ cup sliced onions
- ¼ cup sliced cabbage
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp green chutney
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp oil
METHOD
- Spread some green chutney and ketchup over a tortilla roti.
- Place the corn pattice vertically on one side of the roti.
- Top up with grated cheese, cabbage, onions, chaat masala and lemon juice.
- Start rolling the roti from one side to make a roll.
- Heat oil on a tawa and roast the rolled frankie until golden brown and crisp.
- Wrap with butter paper on half the frankie so easy to hold while eating.
- Serve hot immediately.
