INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup thinly sliced lotus root
- ¼ tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
METHOD
- In a plate place some sliced lotus root.
- Add in corn flour, red chilli powder and salt to taste.
- Toss it well.
- Heat oil for frying and fry these lotus root slices until golden brown and crispy.
- Store in an airtight container and eat at your convenience.
