INGREDIENTS
- 8-10 thick chilled cucumber slices
- ¼ cup chopped Boiled and peeled potato
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
- 2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Tamarind chutney
- 2 tsp green chutney
- ½ tsp Chaat masala
- ¼ tsp Red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- Sev
- Chopped Coriander
- Pomegranate seeds
For garnish
METHOD
- Place cucumber slices on a plate.
- Top up with boiled chopped potato, chopped onions and chopped tomato.
- Drizzle tamarind chutney, green chutney, chaat masala, red chilli powder, salt to taste.
- Finally, garnish with sev. Chopped coriander, pomegranate seeds and serve immediately.
