INGREDIENTS

    • 8-10 thick chilled cucumber slices
    • ¼ cup chopped Boiled and peeled potato
    • 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
    • 2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
    • 1 tbsp Tamarind chutney
    • 2 tsp green chutney
    • ½ tsp Chaat masala
    • ¼ tsp Red chilli powder
    • Salt to taste

    For garnish

    • Sev
    • Chopped Coriander
    • Pomegranate seeds

METHOD

    1. Place cucumber slices on a plate.
    2. Top up with boiled chopped potato, chopped onions and chopped tomato.
    3. Drizzle tamarind chutney, green chutney, chaat masala, red chilli powder, salt to taste.
    4. Finally, garnish with sev. Chopped coriander, pomegranate seeds and serve immediately.
