INGREDIENTS
- 1 Thaali of Rava Dhokla
- 1 Thaali of Khaman Dhokla
- ¾ Cup chilled whisked curd
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Green Chutney
- 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
- Chaat masala
- Red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp Sev
- 2 tbsp chopped Coriander
For the curd

METHOD
- Mix together curd, powder sugar and salt to taste. Set aside
- Take a layer of khaman Dhokla and spread some Green Chutney on top.
- Top up with a layer of rava Dhokla like a sandwich.
- Top with beaten curd, tamarind chutney, red chilli powder, chaat masala, sev, coriander and serve immediately.
