INGREDIENTS

    • 2 cups whipped cream
    • ½ cup mango puree

    For the white chocolate panache

    • 2 tbsp fresh cream
    • ¼ cup chopped white chocolate

    For garnish

    • ¼ cup chopped mangoes

METHOD

    For the ganache

    1. In a pan heat the cream and add in chopped white chocolate.
    2. Mix well until the chocolate is melted.
    3. Let it cool down.

    For the mousse

    1. In a bowl take some whipped cream, mango puree and the white chocolate ganache.
    2. With a beater, beat this mixture until everything is well combined and mixed.
    3. Pipe the mixture into desired bowls or glasses and garnish with chopped mangoes.
