INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups whipped cream
- ½ cup mango puree
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- ¼ cup chopped white chocolate
- ¼ cup chopped mangoes

METHOD
- In a pan heat the cream and add in chopped white chocolate.
- Mix well until the chocolate is melted.
- Let it cool down.
- In a bowl take some whipped cream, mango puree and the white chocolate ganache.
