INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup full fat milk
- 2 tbsp amul cream
- 1 tbsp Custard powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chopped bananas
- 2 tbsp chopped apples
- 2 tbsp chopped grapes
- 2 tbsp chopped mangoes

METHOD
- In a saucepan boil milk and cream together.
- Add in sugar, Custard powder and vanilla essence. Let it boil and keep stirring.
- Once it thickens, pass through a sieve to remove any lumps.
- Let it cool down completely.
- Mix in the chopped fruits , refrigerate and serve chilled.
