INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup full fat milk
    • 2 tbsp amul cream
    • 1 tbsp Custard powder
    • 2 tbsp sugar
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

    Fruits

    • 2 tbsp chopped bananas
    • 2 tbsp chopped apples
    • 2 tbsp chopped grapes
    • 2 tbsp chopped mangoes

METHOD

    For the Custard

    1. In a saucepan boil milk and cream together.
    2. Add in sugar, Custard powder and vanilla essence. Let it boil and keep stirring.
    3. Once it thickens, pass through a sieve to remove any lumps.
    4. Let it cool down completely.
    5. Mix in the chopped fruits , refrigerate and serve chilled.
