INGREDIENTS

    • ¾ Cup Chilled Milk
    • ½ cup Black grapes
    • ¼ cup chopped apple
    • 2 tbsp Soaked Oats
    • 2 tsp Honey
    • 4-5 Ice Cubes

METHOD

    1. Soak oats in the milk for 30 - 45 minutes.
    2. In a blender jar add in soaked oats along with the milk, grapes, apple, honey and ice cubes.
    3. Blend well until smooth.
    4. Serve chilled.
