INGREDIENTS
- ¾ Cup Chilled Milk
- ½ cup Black grapes
- ¼ cup chopped apple
- 2 tbsp Soaked Oats
- 2 tsp Honey
- 4-5 Ice Cubes
METHOD
- Soak oats in the milk for 30 - 45 minutes.
- In a blender jar add in soaked oats along with the milk, grapes, apple, honey and ice cubes.
- Blend well until smooth.
- Serve chilled.
