INGREDIENTS

    • 8 Slices of Tofu
    • Oil for grilling

    For the Marinade

    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
    • ½ tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp vinegar
    • ½ tsp garlic paste
    • Salt to taste

    For Garnishing

    • 1 tbsp spring onion green chopped
    • 1 sesame seeds

METHOD

    1. In a plate mix together all the ingredients to make a marinade.
    2. Add in Tofu Slices and coat them in the marinade properly from all the sides.
    3. Let this marinate for 20-30 minutes.
    4. Heat a grill pan and brush some oil.
    5. Grilled the marinated Tofu until nicely charred on both the sides.
    6. Garnish with spring onion greens and sesame seeds.
    7. Serve hot immediately.
