INGREDIENTS
- 8 Slices of Tofu
- Oil for grilling
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
- ½ tsp garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp spring onion green chopped
- 1 sesame seeds

METHOD
- In a plate mix together all the ingredients to make a marinade.
- Add in Tofu Slices and coat them in the marinade properly from all the sides.
- Let this marinate for 20-30 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan and brush some oil.
- Grilled the marinated Tofu until nicely charred on both the sides.
- Garnish with spring onion greens and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot immediately.
