INGREDIENTS
- 3 Kashmiri red chilli dried
- 1 ½ tbsp Cinnamon stick
- 1 Cloves
- 1 tbsp Cardamom pods
- 6 Star anise
- 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Peppercorns
- 3 Mace
- 2 Black cardamom
- 4 Bay leaves
- 2 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- In a pan roast together all the ingredients well until you get a nice aroma.
- Keep stirring until well done.
- Once done let it cool down and transfer to a blender.
- Blend into a fine powder and store in a container.
