INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup maida
- ¼ cup makai atta
- ¼ tsp carom seeds
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp warm water
Oil for frying
METHOD
- Mix together all the ingredients together knead a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll them out flat.
- With a fork, poke holes on both the sides of the dough.
- Heat oil for frying and fry the tacos.
- Once halfway done, with a tong fold the taco in half and fry until it stays firm and golden brown.
- Let them cool down and store in an airtight container and uses at your convenience.
