INGREDIENTS

    For the Chia pudding

    • ½ cup coconut milk
    • 3 tsp Chia Seeds
    • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
    • ¼ tsp Cardamom powder

    Other ingredients

    • ½ Cup chopped ice apple
    • ½ tbsp Chopped Pistachios

METHOD

    For the chia seeds

    1. Soak chia seeds in coconut milk for 30-45 minutes.
    2. Once fully bloomed mix in the cardamom powder and powdered sugar.

    How to proceed

    1. In a glass, layer the coconut chia seeds mixture.
    2. Top up with chopped ice apples and garnish with Pistachios.
