INGREDIENTS

    • ½ cup Rava
    • ½ cup Rice flour
    • 2 tbsp Maida
    • 2 tbsp Curd
    • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
    • 1 tsp ginger green chilli garlic paste
    • ½ tsp jeera
    • 2 cups Water
    • Salt to taste

    Oil to make dosas

METHOD

    1. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients to make a smooth batter.
    2. Let the batter rest for 20 minutes.
    3. Heat a pan and pour in a spoonful of batter on a hot tawa.
    4. Cook for a minute on the pan with some oil.
    5. Flip and cook for a minute until well done.
    6. Serve hot.
