INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup Rava
- ½ cup Rice flour
- 2 tbsp Maida
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- 1 tsp ginger green chilli garlic paste
- ½ tsp jeera
- 2 cups Water
- Salt to taste
Oil to make dosas
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together all the ingredients to make a smooth batter.
- Let the batter rest for 20 minutes.
- Heat a pan and pour in a spoonful of batter on a hot tawa.
- Cook for a minute on the pan with some oil.
- Flip and cook for a minute until well done.
- Serve hot.
