INGREDIENTS

    • ½ cup chopped lemongrass
    • ½ cup water

    Other Ingredients

    • ½ tsp ginger chopped
    • 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
    • Pinch jeera powder
    • Pinch black Salt
    • 2 tbsp sugar
    • ½ tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 Cup Chilled water

    Ice cubes

METHOD

    For the lemon grass

    1. In a pan add water and lemon grass and boil for 2 minutes or until you get a good fragrance.
    2. Once done remove from heat and let it cool down.

    How to proceed

    1. Transfer the lemon grass along with the water to a blender.
    2. Add in mint, ginger, sugar, jeera powder, black Salt, lemon juice and blend until you get a paste.
    3. Strain the paste finely.
    4. Pour the lemongrass water halfway in 2 glasses along with ice.
    5. Fill the rest of the glass with Chilled water.
    6. Stir and serve Chilled.
