INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup chopped lemongrass
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp ginger chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
- Pinch jeera powder
- Pinch black Salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Cup Chilled water

METHOD
- In a pan add water and lemon grass and boil for 2 minutes or until you get a good fragrance.
- Once done remove from heat and let it cool down.
- Transfer the lemon grass along with the water to a blender.
- Add in mint, ginger, sugar, jeera powder, black Salt, lemon juice and blend until you get a paste.
- Strain the paste finely.
- Pour the lemongrass water halfway in 2 glasses along with ice.
- Fill the rest of the glass with Chilled water.
- Stir and serve Chilled.
