INGREDIENTS
- ¼ Cup Mango puree
- ¼ Cup chopped mango
- 5-6 mint leaves
- 2 lemon slices
- ½ tbsp powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup Chilled club soda
- Ice cubes
METHOD
- In a tall glass add in mango puree, lemon slices, mint leaves, powdered sugar and with a muddler muddle it nicely.
- Add in ice cubes and chopped mangoes.
- Top up with chilled club soda.
- Serve it chilled immediately.
