INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups boiled pasta
- 1 cup thick tomato puree (blended together with 1 kashmiri red chilli)
- ¼ cup chopped boiled carrots
- ¼ cup chopped green capsicum
- 2 tbsp chopped green spring onion
- ¼ cup boiled sweetcorn
- ¼ cup chopped onions
- ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
- ½ tsp garlic paste
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- Pinch sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Grated cheese
- Chopped coriander
To garnish
METHOD
- In a pan heat oil and saute garlic, chopped onions and tomatoes. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Add green capsicum, carrots, sweet corn, spring onion greens and salt to taste.
- Add in turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, sugar and tomato puree.
- Mix well let it cook for 2 minutes and add in boiled pasta.
- Finish by adding chopped coriander and serve hot.
