INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup bajra flour
- ¼ cup wheat flour
- ¼ cup chopped coriander
- ½ cup chopped Methi leaves
- ½ tbsp ginger garlic chilli paste
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of hing
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- Pinch of red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp curd
Warm water to make the dough

METHOD
- In a plate mix together all the ingredients and knead a soft dough with warm water.
- Divide the dough into 3 parts and roll out the dough.
- Heat a pan and roasted the dhebras with some oil until cooked properly.
- Serve hot with curd and aachar.
