INGREDIENTS
- 15 mini idlis
- 1 ½ tbsp homemade podi masala
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 5-6 curry leaves
- ¼ tsp mustard seeds
- ¼ tsp cumin seeds
- Pinch of hing
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- In a pan heat ghee and saute mustard seeds, curry leaves, cumin seeds and hing.
- Add in podi masala, salt to taste, mix well and toss in the idlis.
- Mix well and let it cook for a minute.
- Serve hot with toothpicks and green chutney
