INGREDIENTS

    • 15 mini idlis
    • 1 ½ tbsp homemade podi masala
    • 1 tbsp ghee
    • 5-6 curry leaves
    • ¼ tsp mustard seeds
    • ¼ tsp cumin seeds
    • Pinch of hing
    • Salt to taste

METHOD

    1. In a pan heat ghee and saute mustard seeds, curry leaves, cumin seeds and hing.
    2. Add in podi masala, salt to taste, mix well and toss in the idlis.
    3. Mix well and let it cook for a minute.
    4. Serve hot with toothpicks and green chutney
