This is the dish which everyone craves in monsoons! Who doesn`t love a piping hot cup of tea with hot pakoras and chutney. This recipe gives the perfect pakora batter every time and the best part is that you can add in any vegetable of your choice. Just make this batter and dip in veggies of your choice and fry. You can use capsicum, potatoes, paneer, cheese or spinach leaves too. Gives a perfect crunchy finish and will keep you wanting more! Do enjoy them this monsoon.

1 Cup Pakoras

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Chopped Vegetable of your choice (capsicum,paneer, potato or spinach
- ¼ Cup Besan
- ¼ tsp Haldi
- ¼ tsp Red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp Coriander powder
- ¼ tsp Carom Seeds
- Pinch of hing (asofoetida)
- Pinch of Soda bi carnonate
- ¾ Cup Water
- Salt to taste

METHOD
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well together.
- Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat oil for frying.
- Take the vegetable of your choice dip and coat in the batter and fry them.
- Serve hot immediately with green chutney or ketchup.
