INGREDIENTS

    • ¼ cup split green moong
    • 2 tbsp rice
    • 2 tbsp urad dal

    Other Ingredients

    • ¼ tsp turmeric
    • ½ tsp ginger green chilli paste
    • ¾ Cup Water
    • Salt to taste

    Oil to make the dosa

METHOD

    1. Soak together rice , urad dal and moong overnight in water.
    2. Once done, strain and transfer this to a blender along with ginger green chilli paste, salt to taste and water.
    3. Blend well until you get a smooth batter.
    4. Transfer the batter to a bowl and mix in turmeric powder.
    5. Heat a pan and make dosas with this batter.
    6. Cook with oil, flip and cook until golden brown and crispy.
    7. Serve hot with sambhar and chiutney
