INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup split green moong
- 2 tbsp rice
- 2 tbsp urad dal
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp ginger green chilli paste
- ¾ Cup Water
- Salt to taste

METHOD
- Soak together rice , urad dal and moong overnight in water.
- Once done, strain and transfer this to a blender along with ginger green chilli paste, salt to taste and water.
- Blend well until you get a smooth batter.
- Transfer the batter to a bowl and mix in turmeric powder.
- Heat a pan and make dosas with this batter.
- Cook with oil, flip and cook until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with sambhar and chiutney
