INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cup chopped moringa leaves
- 1/4 cup grated fresh coconut
- 1/4 cup roasted crushed peanuts
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 1 tsp yellow moong dal
- 1 dried red chilli
- 6-7 curry leaves
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 tsp ginger green chilly paste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- In a pan heat oil and sauté ginger green chilly paste, mustard seeds, curry leaves and dried red chilli.
- Add in chopped urad dal, moong dal and onions. Sauté until golden.
- Mix in moringa leaves and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Splash some water in the pan, cover with a lid and let it cook.
- Once done add in red chilli powder, turmeric powder, grated coconut, crushed peanuts and mix well.
- Cook for 2 minutes and serve hot.
