INGREDIENTS

    • ½ Cup moringa leaves
    • 1 cup water
    • 1/4 tsp chopped ginger

    To add later

    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 2 tsp honey

METHOD

    For the tea

    1. In a pan add water, ginger and moringa leaves.
    2. Let it come to a boil.
    3. Strain the tea.

    To serve

    1. Pour the tea in 2 glasses and top with some lemon juice and honey.
    2. Serve hot.
